*****VERY IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING SCHOOL OWNED INSTRUMENTS*****
Good afternoon! As you may already know, next week (5/11/20 - 5/15/20) has been designated as the DMS drop-off dates for school equipment. This will include school owned instruments only if one or both of these two things apply to you.

1. You are moving away from Devine/not returning to DMS next school year.
2. You are not returning to band next school year.

If these do not apply to your situation, you may keep your school owned instrument over the summer for home practice.

You may also pick-up any personal instruments/music you may have left behind during this time. You will need to come to the band hall first on your designated day/time to take care of these things, and then continue to the main DMS campus for all other pick-up/drop-off of equipment and personal belongings. The following schedule should be followed as per Mrs. Darnell.

Students will come in based upon the first letter of his/her last name.

Monday, May 11 9:00-11:00 A-C
1:00-3:00 D-G

Tuesday, May 12 9:00-11:00 H-L
1:00-3:00 M-O

Wednesday, May 13 9:00-11:00 P-S
1:00-3:00 T-Z
